1. What Roocops is

Roocops is a fan-made guild auction helper designed for Ragnarok Origin: Classic guild leaders and officers to assist in tracking, planning, and organizing guild auctions.

2. Eligibility

You must be eligible to use online services under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you choose to use optional Discord-related features, you must also comply with Discord's rules and guidelines.

3. Accounts

If you register an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities and data associated with your account and guild configuration.

4. Acceptable use

When using Roocops, you agree not to:

Abuse, attack, disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
Upload or transmit malicious software, code, or harmful content.
Use the service for harassment, abuse, spam, or any illegal activity.
Misuse Discord integrations or webhooks in a way that violates platform rules.
Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data.

5. Guild data

Guild leaders and officers are solely responsible for the rosters, player names, and auction data they enter into the service. While Roocops is designed to help organize guild auction information, users should always verify final details against current in-game auction rules and limits.

6. Discord features

Discord login and bot features are optional. When using any Discord integrations, you must follow Discord’s Terms of Service, Developer Terms, and Developer Policies.

7. No official affiliation

Roocops is an independent, fan-made tool. It is not official, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Ragnarok Origin: Classic, Ragnarok Online, Discord, or their respective rights holders.

8. Availability

Roocops may change, update, pause, or discontinue features at any time without notice. We do not guarantee continuous uptime or availability of the service.

9. No warranty

Roocops is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. Guild officers and users are responsible for verifying all outputs and calculations before relying on them.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roocops and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
