Guild profile information: configuration details such as your guild name.
Roster and member names: player names and identifiers entered by guild leaders and officers.
Auction and session records: data about active, past, and finalized guild auction sessions.
Session outputs: generated boards, session history, cooldown records, skipped or absent member status, replacements, and reports.
Discord webhook URL: if configured by an officer to send session updates.
Discord data: if you opt to use Discord features, we may process Discord user IDs, usernames, display names, avatars, server/guild IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, and related interaction data.

2. How we use information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

To provide and manage secure account access.
To manage guild rosters and player records.
To generate and coordinate auction assignments.
To manage and finalize War Room sessions.
To save auction history, track player cooldowns, and maintain skipped/absent status.
To support and power optional Discord integrations and webhook notifications.
To maintain, improve, and troubleshoot the service.
To prevent abuse, ensure security, and resolve technical issues.

3. Discord integration

Using Discord login or bot features is entirely optional. If you choose to enable or interact with these integrations, Roocops will process the necessary Discord account and server identifiers to provide those features. Roocops does not sell any Discord data.

5. Data retention

Account, roster, and session data are kept while your account or guild actively uses Roocops. You can request the deletion of your account and associated guild data by contacting support. Please note that some logs or database backups may remain temporarily for security, recovery, or compliance reasons.

6. Security

We implement reasonable and industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. However, no online service can guarantee absolute, perfect security, and we cannot guarantee that your information will remain completely secure from unauthorized access.

7. Children

Roocops is not intended for, nor do we knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13.
